Handling Times
Gamertech.shop strives to send orders the same business day they are received or the next business day. Delays may happen from time to time, but we do everything we can to prevent this from happening and, if it does, communicate with you to keep you informed and provide peace of mind.
Shipping Times and Carriers/Services Used
Continental United States (Contiguous 48 States)
Gamertech.shop provides shipping time estimates at the time of checkout. We ship from locations in various regions of the United States. Shipping times within the Continental United States are generally as follows: (a) USPS Ground Advantage: 2-4 days, (b) USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days, (c) USPS Priority Express: 1-2 days, (e) UPS Ground: 2-4 days, (f) UPS 2-Day: 1-2 days; (g) UPS Next Day: 1 day. The vast majority of orders ship the same or next day, Monday through Saturday.
Outside Continental United States
Shipping times for orders shipped outside of the 48 states comprising the Continental United States may be longer. Gamertech.shop does make an effort to make its products available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, APO/AFO, and territories. Some items, however, may not ship to these locations.
International Shipping
Generally, Gamertech.shop does not ship international, but if an exception is made, the following services may be used: (a) UPS Worldwide Expedited, (b) UPS Worldwide Saver, (c) USPS First Class International, and (d) USPS Priority Mail International. International shipments are much less predictable and are subject to delays that are completely outside of our control. Delays can be caused by a variety of things, including, but not limited to, the carrier misdirecting the package before redirecting it to the correct destination, or a customs agency taking forever to clear the package.
Delivery
Tracking & Signature
Gamertech.shop ships all orders with tracking numbers. We decide whether to require signature on a case-by-case basis. If package theft is an issue in your area, contact us immediately upon placing your order and we will make sure to require a signature upon delivery.
Address and Delivery
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address you provide with your order or, if you request an update to the ship-to address after placing the order and Gamertech.shop provides confirmation that the address was successfully updated, to the updated shipping address. NOTE: We usually do not allow addresses to be updated manually due to policies of payment processors; rather, we will simply cancel the order and allow you to repurchase using the correct shipping information.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages
Inspect Your Package Upon Receipt
Upon receiving your item, you must inspect it as soon as reasonably possible to make sure you received the correct item(s) and check for shipping damage.
Lost in Transit & Stolen Packages
If a package is lost or stolen, whether in transit or after delivery, or misdelivered, contact us and let us know the details. We will review all information provided, confirm that the package was lost or stolen, and provide a replacement, in-store credit, or refund. If tracking states that the item was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend you (a) check with your neighbors if they received it, and (b) go to the local post office or UPS location that delivers to you an inquire. If tracking states the item was delivered but you are unable to locate the package, the item is deemed stolen. Although stolen packages are not Gamertech.shop's responsibility, we are usually able to resolve it in the same way as packages are lost in transit. Please note that, upon our request, you will be required to complete an online verification form (it takes less than 2 minute to complete).
Damage from Shipping
If you receive an item that is damaged from shipping, take clear pictures of (1) all damage to the item, (2) the exterior of the shipping box, and (3) the interior of the shipping box, including packing material, then reach out to us and provide this information.
After you provide us the necessary documentation, we will promptly review your submission to confirm that shipping damage occurred. Once approved, we will send a replacement or, if we are out of stock of the item, provide you in-store credit, or make an exchange for a similar product (subject to charge/refund for any price difference). NOTE: We may require you to ship back the damaged item (at our cost). Do not dispose, use, or cause any additional damage to the item until the issue is fully resolved. In addition, any damage or degradation to the product packaging alone, without damage to the product itself, is not considered damaged from shipping.
Incorrect Address Provided / Returned to Sender
Gamertech.shop is not responsible for any delivery issues related to an incorrect or erroneous address provided by you. Items will be presumed delivered when the carrier’s tracking system indicates that the item was delivered. If a package ends up being held for pickup by the carrier, you are required to go pick up the package. Any package returned to sender for a reason that is not the fault of Gamertech.shop may be subject to charges for any additional return shipping fees and a restocking fee up to 10% of the item price (before any discounts).
