ARCTIC P12 PWM PST Fan - 120 mm
The ARCTIC P12 PWM PST is a high-performance 120mm fan designed to excel in static pressure applications. Engineered for optimized airflow, it operates in the range of 200 to 1800 RPM via PWM control, providing a substantial airflow of 56.3 CFM or 95.65 m³/h while maintaining a quiet profile. This fan is the ideal choice for cooling heatsinks, radiators, and partially covered case vents, offering versatility in push- or pull-configurations. With PWM Sharing Technology (PST), fan speed can be synchronized for efficient cooling management. The P12 PWM PST boasts a newly developed, exceptionally quiet motor that minimizes vibration and noise, even at low speeds. Its extended lifespan is guaranteed by a 10°C lower motor temperature, offering a manufacturer's warranty of 10 years. Moreover, the fan's 0 dB mode ensures silent passive operation when the PWM signal is below 5%, further enhancing its quiet performance.
Incorporating cutting-edge technology, the P12 PWM PST is engineered to excel in static pressure scenarios, making it highly effective on heatsinks and radiators. Its strong cooling performance is backed by various improvements, including updated engine technology and an innovative fan design. The fan's motor is powered by the latest generation PWM IC, enabling enhanced energy efficiency without compromising on performance. It operates with maximum quietness and minimum vibration, thanks to sinus-magnetizing technology, reducing vibration to just 5% of that generated by a regular DC motor without a filter. With a high-quality bearing developed in Germany, this fan offers reduced friction, improved efficiency, and less heat development, ensuring a longer service life. The ARCTIC P12 PWM PST sets a benchmark in cooling solutions with its impressive static pressure capabilities, quiet operation, extended lifespan, and versatile RPM control, backed by a generous 10-year warranty.

Optimized for Static Pressure
During the development of the new P12 PWM PST, special emphasis was placed on a focused airstream and thus a high static pressure. The fan guarantees extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the P12 PWM PST is particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators.
Strong Cooling Performance
Numerous improvements, such as updated engine technology and a newly developed fan design, have noticeably increased the performance of P-fans. In internal performance tests leveled to 28 dB (A), the new P-fans left many competitors behind.
More Efficient Technology
The motor is powered by a PWM IC of the newest generation, which allows the new P12 PWM PST to run much more efficiently than its predecessors. This saves energy without compromising performance.
Maximum Quietness, Minimum Vibration
Even at low speeds, the operating sound of the new ARCTIC motor is barely noticeable. Due to sinus-magnetizing the new motor only creates about 5 % of the vibration from the commutation of a regular DC motor without a filter. Consequently, there is no need for rubber spacers due to the steady and smooth torque of the new motor.
Extended Life Span
A 10 °C lower motor temperature roughly doubles the life span of a fan. The new ARCTIC motor has a four times longer service life through its low coil temperature. Consequently, we give a manufacturer warranty of 6 years.
200 to 1800 RPM regulated via PWM PST
Thanks to the 4-pin connector, the RPM can be regulated in a broad spectrum via PWM. In this way, noise is kept at a minimum while maximum cooling performance is guaranteed when needed.
High-Quality Bearing
Thanks to an alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is reduced and greater efficiency is achieved. As a result, there is less heat development as well as less bearing noise, which means you can enjoy a longer service life from your fan.
